We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products are subject to change at anytime without notice.

By purchasing from Manifold Styles, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy, including the application of a 20% restocking fee on all accepted returns. This fee is non-negotiable and covers the administrative and operational costs associated with our curated inventory.

All items purchased from Manifold Styles are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

In no case shall Manifold Holding LLC, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind... arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
