Processing & Handling

  • Speed: We offer 1-Business Day Handling on all weekday orders. Orders placed before 5pm CST Monday through Friday are typically processed and delivered to the carrier within 24 hours.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Estimates

We ship exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage to ensure a balance of speed and reliability.

  • Domestic Transit Time: Typically 2–5 business days once scanned by the carrier.

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is printed.

  • Insurance: Every shipment is insured up to $100. For high-value one-off items exceeding this amount, additional coverage is available at checkout.

Missing or Damaged Packages

Once an item is marked as "Delivered" by USPS, the risk of loss passes to the recipient. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email] so we can assist you with the insurance claim process.
